Still have not had my broken furniture attended to.

I was pleased with how quickly the services were performed on move in day. I can say that I was disappointed that my bed fell down the night after reassembly. It fell down because the movers failed to replace the fasteners on the bed frame. Also, they did not make me aware that the screws were misplaced. I would have felt better if I was notified. The bed fell as I was getting in, and I could have hurt myself. They did offer to come repair it, but no other compensation other than $.60/lb of the frame because they did come to fix their screw up. Also, I am not a fan of the movers being so adamant about a tip, but later finding out that corners were cut. Attention to detail goes a long way. How fast you get things done, does not trump the quality of service provided.

I used Two Men and a Truck because y'all have done volunteer service for Girls on the Run. I was very disappointed in the service of the movers. They did a poor job of caring for our furniture. Several items were damaged. They got the mattresses dirty because they didn't wrap them in moving blankets, they took too long to pack just the kitchen, one of them brought a vape pen into my house, they didn't put all items in the rooms they were labeled for, and they did damage to the door frame bring furniture in. I would definitely not recommend them to friends.

Pros: Overall a good experience. The movers were pleasant. Good service for the price. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck.
Cons: Broken bookshelf (I am told I will be reimbursed) and heavy boxes left in in the wrong rooms. The movers said they would be home to watch the FSU game and they were.... never try to do anything in Tallahassee when FSU is playing.

The guys were very pleasant, worked hard and were responsive to my requests. My only complaints are that they left scratches on the master bedroom floor near where the chest of drawers had been, and several of the steps on our stairs were nicked in the middle of the front edge of the step. I regard the damage as minor and I can fix it, but it should have been noted by the workers when it occurred. I was also slightly surprised that they did not place any coverings on the floor at least at the entrances, although the weather was good on the move day, so there was no mud or obvious debris to track in and out.

Everything went very well with one exception. A floor lamp and four chair risers were left at the old address. Once brought to the company's attention, they did retrieve them. However, when they delivered the missing items, they were delivered to a neighbor's house. Not mine. I was able to get them from my neighbor's porch. Management was generous in their compensation for my time in locating and retrieving my belongings. I will use them again.

The movers did not pack my husbands tool storage shed as requested. They then proceeded to drop it and all of the thousands of tiny nuts, screws, nails have fallen out of their assigned drawers. Not only that, but I was on my hands and knees at midnight picking nails up from the road! The movers also showed up to unload at 8:30 pm and when asked how long it would take was told one and a half hours. They finally finished at 1:30 in the morning!!!!! We will be asking for monies back for the frustration and time it will take to resort everything they dropped.

2 pieces of expensive jewelry were taken by probably the same young man who opened a gun case with 4 latches and told me what was inside . This guy was told not to move case with jewelry in it then took too elevator and was told not to do it by lead mover.

They tried to take apart our beds with cheap pliers, no ratchet set. We had to send someone to get one, as ours was packed, and take apart 2 of the beds ourselves. They ran out of blankets to wrap furniture. Mattresses were unprotected. Near the end, the crew got very sloppy, dented a wall & messed up a door jam. The bed they did attempt reassemble, was only finger tightened, and the middle support for the bed was not included in the assembly. It was pushed under the bed, scratching the floor.

The movers left chairs unwrapped, didn't move several furniture items. Mirror stand for dresser was not taken apart appropriately, resulting in not being able to reattach. Leg was broken off of filing cabinet. Key in filing cabinet was bent badly. Bed frame for master bed was broken and was taped back, and center piece for bed frame was missing. Had to replace bed frame at a cost of $105.93. Very dissatisfied with end result of furniture moved. I called the office and spoke with a moving agent, and he was to return my call after trying to satisfy the moving experience and accommodate me, but he never returned my phone call. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
