We were rained out, unfortunately the bottom dropped out as we moved during the weekend of the tropical storm but the 2 men were very courteous, professional and handled the situation very well. I would contact the company again.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK came highly recommended from coworkers. Making reservations and follow up by the employees assured we were on target to have our furniture picked up. Approx. 2.5 hours after the agreed time the movers should have arrived .....the furniture items were promptly loaded and delivered to the new address.
NOW IN ALL FAIRNESS......I was told ...the prior clients did not provide accurate information to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and had more items then they originally stated and it made my pickup late. However, "Taylor" apologized numerous times for the delay and compensated me. Would I use this moving service again....ABSOLUTELY.... WITHOUT ANY HESITATION !!!

Your staff gets an A+in communication, answering all questions, having all the best answers straight away. Everything was clear from the start—- thank you! However, the moving team was unhappy but it was a city to city move. I told them we were renting and we were responsible for damage to the floors and walls. Uniform wise, one man wore a tank top, so I was having to wipe off sweat and dirt from some walls and furniture, and the furniture wasn’t wrapped well. Some boxes were dented but not big deal, except for the boxes that said fragile don’t stack on top which they did

I was originally quoted five hours but it only took three. My moving team moved so quickly and did not take any breaks or just stand around. They wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and treated all of my propert with care.

Movers had to do a lot of careful stacking of boxes at the end of the move. No breakage.
