The moving team was personable and efficient. They also were accommodating when we needed help outside the identified aspects of the move. The only issue was with the truck part of the ramp that held it in place came off), for which they provided a temporary fix. The office staff was friendly and helpful, except they did not specify that arrival time was a window of time, not a set appointment.

Christian and his team were great. They listened carefully to our needs and then completed our move in a timely and efficient manner. They were very careful with our older pieces and delivered all our antiques without a scratch. All of the men were professional and friendly too!

Simplicity at the very first step. Outstanding phone etiquette and when the moving team were on the way, there was communication immediately. Upon arrival, we were greeted by pleasant, professional and purposeful gentlemen! Everything necessary was wrapped and taped and handled expertly and taken (downstairs) with ease, we were able to completely relax and have no handling or safety concerns.
