Marc and Ron were compassionate toward my in-laws, never hurrying them and always showed them a great deal of respect. They were careful with their belongings and the surroundings. When they left, I felt like they had they had become family. I told them, when we said good-bye, that I wish I knew their mothers so I could congratulate their mothers on what fine young men they reared.

My 1 yr old bed damaged and "resolution" offered was insulting. The response was rude, pushy and offensive. I was told take it or leave it basically...$250 repair or check with no workmanship guarantee for a ruined $900 bed. Unacceptable. Disappointed and annoyed. Just do the right thing.
