They stopped before they took all my furniture they broke my chair and won’t fix it I would give them terrible ratings

Moving is quite stressful but Jash???? (can't remember his name) and Shane were exceptional in every way, eliminating any anxiety I had. Very in tune with the ways and how tos of moving certain big items and always encouraging that they had things under control. Going around a corner and up the stairs was a challenge (though I do have a chunk of my ceiling missing) but they were capable of handling every challenge. It was a true pleasure doing business with them. Five stars!!!!

The movers were good. However we had some damages with the move and a damage report was filed. I am on the fence waiting to see how the damages would be handled. Look forward to hearing back

The movers convinced my 80 year old mother NOT to put a glass table on top of the kitchen base until she had it where she wanted it. Damage to a unit. A heavy desk was placed vertically and now mom can’t use it until someone puts it veritically. Items were left in the house they moved from. Manager made us pay full amount. Had to hire someone to move the unit they left behind. Manager said we would hv to pay again to get the stuff they missed and to put moms stuff in order at her new place

Mover's were over an hour late. they were dispatched from another area, which was not communicated to me. move ran late. I also requested to pay for a 3rd person - I was told NO. 1 head board was scratch, door scratched, there was no sense of urgency. the movers were nice, but began final paperwork before move was completed and I could inspect....

Disappointed that a man and teenage kid showed up to move my furniture although they were really nice. My brand new furniture was falling off the cart and they were dragging it. Multiple items were damaged. The furniture repair guy can't come out till the end of the month.

I hired TMT to relocate my business. This is my 4th move with the same business. I have never had it take as long as it did. The two movers that arrived were very pleasant but very inexperienced. Many of the desks moved were damaged. They were unfamiliar with the desks and how to take them apart which added excessive time to the move. They did not come equipped with a drill and disassembled everything by hand with a screwdriver which again added excessive time to the move. I had several people helping me with the move and we all helped load and unload to help things move along. I would highly recommend if you have new movers that at least one of them is experienced and everyone should come with a drill. Also, a banner flag over $100 in value was left in the truck and not returned.

These guys did an excellent job, they worked really hard in the heat, with no taking extra breaks. They were not messing around and moved quickly and efficiently. All items were cared for with no damage to anything, unlike my previous movers who broke items. The price was really fair and if I ever move again I'll be asking for the same guys.

The guys were great! Very pleasant and great to work with. The only issue I have is two dressers received damages during the move. Of all the pieces I have, those damaged dressers were the ones I didn’t want hurt. They’re sentimental and more valuable then any other piece of furniture I have. That was disappointing

The move was scheduled well in advance. The arrival time was 9:00-10:00. The truck arrived at 12:00. No call--no explanation. The movers were OK but inexperienced. Some stuff was damaged in transit. Two artificial plants were "lost" in transit. I did not have a good experience and will NEVER use this service again.
