The team was good and unloaded my POD in a timely manner, especially given the mess the original loaders made by not packing everything in boxes, including books. They were friendly and professional. My only issue is that labeled boxes didn't go into the correct rooms and I wasn't always asked where I wanted something to go. Other than that, I would consider using this company again.
