One driver known as Latrell had a poor attitude and dragged furniture tore out rubber seals at doors in both houses and dented and scraped walls...the other driver was find. Finally at 7 oclock almost four hours over estimate. The situation became unbearable thus Latrell and I had words. In regard if a sofa would fit thru hall! Which had been in the home already! I will have to fix dents and scrapes on walls and have door seals replaced. I have used St Augustine office at least three times before , but never again! And I will share my opinion with friends in the future!

The gentleman who moved us were extremely patient, nice and knowledgeable about our move. They had a great attitude and not once did anyone ever complain. They went over and beyond and exceeded all expectations. We have dealt with many movers in the past and no one comes quite close to your movers. When they were here we even express to them how thankful we were and how theyve been the best movers we have ever experienced. I will definitely be recommending your company to anyone I know in the future.

The girl at the office was very nice and answered my question to a tee. The moving guys were professional and courteous during the entire move.

Movers were on time, very polite and professional.

One mover was proactive the other Not at all. The care of my furniture could have been better. I was charged for time when one mover was on the phone (estimated 5calls while moving my furniture). A couple of the calls I was told was the office/boss calling. When driving with my furniture to its destination the driver took the long way to get to there. I informed them between the calls and them taking the long way to my destination 30min should have been removed from the services. This was not done

The two young men who moved us worked tirelessly and diligently, all the while maintaining a great attitude! We will definitely call again for our next move.

Ashton and rivers were top knotch. They were the hardest working guys I have seen in awhile. Literally nonstop. They were patient with me and went above and beyond my expectations.

Very hard working team. Super nice guys. Will use them again for future moves.

The two men that came were prompt, courteous, and excellent workers.
