I was more than impressed with you 2 men. The took care of everything they touched. Looked where they were going how high things were and what angle item had to be moved. They did an outstanding job. You can be sure that I will recommend your company to anyone I hear that is moving. I was kept informed as to what was going on and what to expect. By doing this I was always kept in the loop and that makes a difference when you are also trying to make other plans around a move. Again I want to tell you this was a pleasure to work with you and the men on the truck. You made this move a total success. Thanks again, Carol

The two young men who conducted the move were extremely professional and very hard working. Quite nice to see this. Very impressed .

The movers were on time and very courteous. This is m 3rd time using Two Men andamp; a Truck. The last move before this was in 2006 and before that, 2002. My only problem is they could not hook up my washer. I understood the reason, but I am 74 with a disability. My husband, who knew how to do the hook-up passed this past year. I moved from and to a one-floor house. I wish that you had a Waiver Form that does not hold your company responsible for any damages resulting from a hook-up. I had to wait three days to find someone to come and perform a very simple task. Most washers and dryers have the same hook-up (it's even the same in Germany). It would take you ten minutes to show your movers how to do this task...and always with a Waiver Agreement.

The only issue was that the driver was not given the correct key to unlock the back of truck which slowed down the process briefly

We were very pleased with the y young Men's attitude and professional attitude.

Overall, great experience during stressful situation. The two guys were AWESOME - very kind, efficient and approachable! Will definitely use you guys next time. THANK YOU TO JONATHAN AND RYAN :)

This is the second time I have responded!!! That should say we were very HAPPY with our move, however we do give God all the Glory! He, God, sent us just the right young men, Johanthan and Joshua. Hope that's right.

I thought the service was really good, but the move would have gone faster ( I had to pay more than the estimate) if there were 3 movers. This is not in anyway a complaint, just an observation.

The movers were great! Very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
