They were far more interested in maximizing there holiday weekend. I used the,
Loading service and they did not protect my furniture or use blankets to minimize damage and scrapes. I made sure plenty of blankets were available and was told everything would be packed to minimize damage. They took neither the time or the care to safe guard my property. I am not a mover and relied on the loaders expertise and signed off on a correct load. When I arrived at my destination I found significant damage to my property.

It started off well enough but the attitudes and care taken changed rapidly. The movers would drop things that they were not carrying correctly. They would literally throw small items into the truck. After a couple of days in my new residence I began to find Scratches and Dings on furniture. Damage to my wooden Bed Frame, Dings on Walls. As I said, they started off good but ended up like they didn't want to be here. There wasn't that much stuff, only a 2 Bedroom Apt. worth. I started moving things myself just to get them out of here. I tipped them generously just to see them leave. I figured that the money would help them because this isn't the job for them. They didn't do you well as a Company.

We moved form a large house to a smaller one. I made it clear what wsa to go to the new house and what was to go in to storage. Most of the contents of the pantry didn't make to the house. I assume all of my food items are rotting in a storage bin. Some of the workers labels the boxes, but most didn't. That might have helped when they were moving the boxes into the correct place. The movers told me when they came to pack the boxes they this was their first time packing. I should have known there would be problems, but I assumed someone had shown them what to do. There were three guys packing. the next day they came back with four guys to do the moving. I had labeled much of the furniture either house or storage to make it easier for them. I have much more to say. This was a nightmare move!

I have moved w this company 6-7 times and by far it was the worst experience we have ever had. With inexperienced guys and and many damaged items.

Everything was fine. The guys did a great job. I'm still waiting for an estimate on repairs for a wooden sculpture that was damaged on the move you did for me on June 27, 2019. I'm having someone come to check out the damage and give an estimate for the repairs this week.

Tony and Nate did a great job until the very last item, a heavy wooden valuable sculpture. The sculpture had a crack in it that was part of the natural wood used. It is very heavy and requires at least two people to move it. It has been moved three times in the last 40 years without any damage. From what I understand, Tony released the strap supporting the statue by himself and was not able to support it and it fell and split into two pieces. Up until this point the move had been going very well. I know it was an accident but it is a terrible thing to happen. I would like to complete a damage report.

Attitude I’d lead person was poor. They disassembled my bed and did nit reassemble it right. Left one if the upper bars off. Apparantly lostthe connecting bolts so only put two in and left the other post unattached. Dangerous for me. Told a person the upper bar was left unattached and I could not find it. He said he would talk to the mover and get back to me. He never got back to me. I found the upper missing car in the garage. You need to come back get some bolts and attach these vars

The two guys that moved us were amazing. Very courteous and hard working. Made a very difficult move look easy, but it wasn't. Very impressive.

There was an irregular item in this shipment - a 2' x 12' countertop in a single piece. This item was moved unwrapped and became severely gouged in the process. I was surprised that no one had mentioned it. Nothing can be done about it now, I am only offering this as something to consider for the future. Everything else went just fine.

Overall the move and movers was excellent. At the very end there was an issue at the Self Storage facility - one of the movers closed the door and it was damaged to where we could not reopen the door for me to inspect how iur belings were stored. The Storage Company will need to have the door repaired and in the meantime we are unable to open the storage locked to get to our belongings.
