First part of the job was successful, meaning taking everything from the old house into the truck. However, I'm not happy with how much the movers care on the new house. With that I mean, it is a brand new house, built from scratch. The movers seriously hit one of the walls and mew wood floor. As wells as there other minor touches in the wall in different parts of the house. I have pictures of all the damage and I'm waiting for the house builder on the fixing quote.

I found the office staff very helpful when making the arrangements and the movers were outstanding! This was my first time using Two Men and A Truck however I will be using them again for my moving needs.

The crew that moved us was on time, worked quickly, were personable. The only down side was that several items were scratched and dented after the move.

The moover whos incharge of the paperwork has attitude and doesnt care about the apt property nor my own stuff. damage the wall by the master bedrrom in our former apt. he didnt know how to talk to people properly either, not professional at all.

The movers put a hole in the wall as they tried to take a dresser. Finally after about 20 minutes they realized that they could turn it and it went down. I expect the hole will be fixed. I have a picture I'd it.

We were mostly happy with a move however a couple items were broken Beyond repair and a couch with scuffed-up but other than that everything went good

they arrived a little after 9:00 am we gave them a tour of what was being moved. when they arrived at the final destination while assembling my daughters king size bed they damage the foot board, which both your delivery team admitted because I was standing in front of the bedroom being reassembled. The delivery/setup man explained that you send some 3 party company to repair the damage and it will be as if it never happened. I would like to know when will this 3 party company come to repair the damage done to the king size bed. Please contact us to advise when they are coming. Thank you

Still waiting to hear back on a minor damage claim. As a loyal customer for years now, I would appreciate a reply from someone in your organization. I have sent two emails to Gino in the south FL location and have yet to hear back. Thank you for your urgent attention with this matter.

The men left a TV and a mirror at our old residence. I called the management office as they left to retrieve those items and take a Washer and Dryer but did not finish putting my couch or desk back together. Then when they came back they acted like I overreacted and should have known they were coming back. I had put it aside but then I realized two of my dressers were falling apart and a picture frame was cracked.
The move was longer than any of us anticipated but in the end they stopped asking where boxes should go and just left them in the garage.

Overall my experience was good. They arrived on time. I did have a mirror that got broken and a few dings on my dining room table that i was not too happy with and a few dings on my wall. But overall the service was not too bad. There were also two new guys working with the lead and it was a big frustrating because they were unsure of what they were doing and i think a more experienced person could have moved it along faster. But i know this is the name of the game things happen.
