My move took 1 hour and 33 minutes, but I paid for 2 hours and 25 minutes. I was promised a lower rate if it took less time, but at the signing, when I pointed this out, they said, sorry it's the job. There's no change in price. I was satisfied with the move, only one nick on my very important table but they didn't want to write that up. They did pad the table, but the nick was not there before.

As discussed the guys called 30 mins before arrival. Upon arrival they checked all that needed to be moved as per my quote, made sure I signed necessary paperwork and they began working immediately. They're very experienced because they broke down and packed up quicker than I thought. Great experience using them for the 1st time.

The movers broke my tv. They charged $25 for a tv box and still broke it. Should've just moved on my own. We're too rough with all of my belongings they moved. Scuffed wood floor with a desk. Should've just moved on my own. Office is not communicating very well.

There were 3 men and a truck and they were polite, careful, and professional. I didn't have a lot to move and they efficiently took care of the few pieces that needed to be moved.

All 3 men were very professional and courteous. Handled my furniture with extreme caution. Would definitely reccomend them to my friends and family.

The guys were great. A bit frustrated trying to pay my bill. There was money in my acct. not sure what the issue was to be honest. Well that was it.

The office team was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. An excellent first experience with the company.
