Had to deal with two different representatives to get move processed was given and charged one price for a quote and then on the day of the move was told that the quote that was given to me by two different people was incorrect and that the move and dump would be more. Also I had some items that was supposed to be returned to me and that has not happened either.

The office staff was very unprofessional in taking the order and when they made the mistake on the day of the move.

Moving team was fantastic. Jean, Chis, Jeffrey andamp; Miguel did an awesome job. Good guys that were professional and accommodating. Very happy with their performance. Only suggestion I have is to staff the incoming phone number into the local office better as I called a few times and it went to voicemail. If I had been another person who wasn't intent on using you guys, I might of locked in with someone else if they actually answered. Think you might be losing business because you aren't staffing enough to pick up the calls (instead of them going to voicemail).

I was totally thrilled with our experience with two men and a truck. The movers were on time, very pleasant and courteous. They moved very quickly and efficiently and within a little over 4 hrs we were in our new apartment. I will be happy to recommend two men and a truck to anyone I know that will be moving. The cost was very reasonable and the movers were finished ahead of schedule which gave us a discount and made the final cost even better.
I can't thank everyone enough from the office personnel to the men who moved us and will definitely use them again.
