Rachel was extremely professional and courteous. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable. The movers were very pleasant and professional and handled our furniture carefully. I would recommend them and use them again if needed. There was also a young lady that called after the move was completed to see how things went and she was also very pleasant, unfortunately I can't remember her name. Over all it was a good experience. I think that Rachel is awesome and I think she could teach classes on costumer service etiquette. There are a lot of businesses that have really poor customer service and it's refreshing to have a pleasant person on the other side of the phone.

Maurice and T-Marc were both awesome. They had great attitudes. They worked quickly yet carefully. I will recommend them to others and request them next time we move.

Monte and D were excellent it was obvious that they know what they are doing and care about the customer. I couldn't ask for a better crew to move my stuff. They were very professional and thorough with packing and making sure my stuff was taken care of. They were also just genuinely nice guys and I appreciated that. If I needed to move in the future I would definitely try to request them because I truly believe they are the best.

Thank you for all your hard work and help. We had an incredible event this weekend, and you are a major reason why it ran so smoothly. I was impressed with the level of customer service and just genuineness all of the staff I worked with demonstrated. Our moving team included: Maurice, Ricky, Isiah and Delarris. These 4 men were awesome! They were very hard working and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has an office to move. Thank you!

Just recently had Dustyn and Monte move us from a third floor apartment to a bottom floor. For such a short distance I was amazed at how carefully they prepared the furniture. They were both friendly and helpful which made the move on a hot day much better than I had anticipated!

We have some unique furniture they had to figure out how to take apart and reassemble. It was late in the day but they worked hard, good attitude!
