All three gentlemen were very polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. This service was outstanding today.

Monica in the office was excellent getting us scheduled and with communication of status, etc.

There has been no response to my inquiries concerning damages and missing items which is very disappointing.

The experience with the men in the truck was less than acceptable. One man walked off. Another refused to do anything. All of which resulted in an uncalled for delay and additional stress on us. While the office staff has been wonderful, overall, I don’t think we should have to pay full price.

The office team needs to be clearer beforehand that you're being charged for the drive to meet you and the drive they make back to their office; Instead of just being charged for driving your stuff from point A to B.
Also since you're being charged hourly, most of the IPAD signatures/paperwork should be done via email before the move.

Our moving crew was the best we’ve ever had. We are military and have moved about 9 times so that says a lot! It was insanely hot out and the men never complained and were kind, patient and hard working the entire time. Do not lose these employees! Hard workers are hard to find! I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat
