Jose and Ian were the best! I got efficient packing and outstanding delivery. It was a pleasure to work with considerate and polite gentlemen. I would highly recommend this moving company again, as I have used them twice now.

I called before completing this survey,didn’t hear back. The 3-man team were to move a refrigerator but could not get down the stairs (measuring before attempting would have helped). After the move I felt rushed, not noticing that the master bed was 3” away from the wall, the adjustable bed was not plugged in. I’ll need to hire someone to fix what I already paid for. Plus I tipped them well.

First off, the pricing needs to be explain more explicit!!!
I’m only 20 minutes from your business so that would be 40-45 minutes travel time. So before a customer even gets started you are charging them 30 each way for a total of 1 hr ($135.00).
Then the customer needs to add how long your company takes at your house!!!

I had used Two Men and A Truck twice this last week. Nick and Felix first and Chris and Marques second. They were all outstanding. Professional and courteous. They made sure I felt comfortable. I will always choose the specific store as I have used in the past.

Charging people for travel time from your office to the costumers home and from the home back to the office is bogus. You shouldn’t be able to do that, the costumer cannot control your drivers driving nor traffic. Nickel and diming tactic at its worst. The movers were good but I would never use your service again for that reason, nor would I have hired your service if I knew prior.

Both these guys were amazing!!! It was hot outside and inside and was a stressful situation for me but these guys were a fun energy, caring and very professional. Great team you have there!!!!!

One of the two movers arrived sick and could not work. I had to wait for a second person to replace him. The truck was too small despite doing a thorough walk through prior. A second truck had to be dispatched late. Both parties could not arrive the next AM as planned. Actual movers doing the work were great. Overall experience not great. I would still recommend. Just estimate/plan better.
