our movers TJ and Chris B were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend them. The were personable but still did their work without slowing the process. It was raining the day we moved but they wrapped our furniture to ensure it did not get wet.

T.J. and Alex were fabulous!. Efficient, hard working, took extreme care with our items. Considering our move was into a 3rd floor apartment, we know it was hard. They were cheery and sociable. We ran into an issue with my couch, didn't want to fit in the apartment. T.J. would not give up till he figured a way to get it in! I highly recommend this team and this company for your next move.

Start time was delayed by 2 hours. When I set up the service, the office placed me on a different move date. This mistake by the company was not noticed until I called an hour after the crew was due to begin (giving the benefit of morning time delay). The company was still able to get a crew together and move me the same day. This DID NOT make my move as timely and smoothly as I would have liked. (Missed timed appointments etc and hightened anxiety).
The crew was pleasant, but when your paying by the 15 min. increments, you REALLY don't want the time to be filled with mindless chatter (just saying).
I would recommend a courteous call the day before. But in my case...that would have been of NO benefit. I'm sure I'm not the norm, about a better discount would have been appreciated.
