From the first contact with the office staff, to the actual move, the overall experience was very professional. The office staff were informative, and presented a positive presentation. The movers were careful with our furniture and belongings, and they made a very special effort to avoid any damage to our old home as well as the new home. Overall, the move, which can be a very stressful event went very smooth. I would use their services again, if needed, and recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

Not enough characters to really express my dissatisfaction, in fact I waited till now to cool down before writing this review. I feel sorry for Chris who on the first day (packing) had a remarkable helper name Robin. There was great team work and they took care in packing my furniture and personal items. Then disaster hit on day of the move. Chris was given another helper named Ramon, he was in a daze during the entire move. Chris had to lead him around like a puppy dog and when Chris was not looking Ramon was careless. We thought we established a staging area for any box not marked for a certain room only to find an assortment of boxes from all rooms mixed in. Chris had to double time his on work performance to make up for the helper. Job took 5 hours longer than estimate, credit 1 hr

Your moving team was prompt, FAST, courteous, friendly, energetic, and a really helpful. We were moving from a 2000 square foot office down to 750 square ft and the guys were always ready with suggestions when we were trying to figure out how to place our thing to maximize the small space available.
