OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD WITH THE EXCEPTION OF UNLOADING. CARE WAS NOT TAKEN IN DELIVERING BOXES MARKED FRAGILE. AFTER MOVERS LEFT, I DISCOVERED THEY WERE NOT LOCATED ON TOP OF THE OTHER REGULAR BOXES. THEY WERE ALL MIXED UP. I HAVE NOT UNPACKED YET AND I AM HOPING MY EXPENSIVE PIER 1 DECOR ITEMS ARE ALL IN ONE PIECE. MY ARMOIRE WAS DAMAGED - A LARGE PIECE OF THE BOTTOM RIGHT FRONT SIDE HAD BROKEN OFF DUE TO CARRYING IT BY THE DECORATIVE DOUGHNUT FEET AS OPPOSED TO CARRYING IT BY THE FRAME. ONE OF THE FEET WAS LOOSE AND IT WAS DROPPED AS A RESULT. TJ WAS SO NICE AND APOLOGETIC, I TOLD HIM NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND HOPEFULLY WOOD GLUE WILL FIX IT. HE HAD A NEWBEE WITH HIM THAT DAY AND THE MOVE TOOK LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. I UNDERSTAND THESE THINGS HAPPEN. THANKS, LJ

They need to carry a knife or scissors to cut the tape from all packages instead of pulling on it. The wood on the mirror got broke due to excessive and forceful pulling. Super nice hard working gentleman. Cost was excessive for the work done. Would not hire again, and will try college hunks in a couple weeks.

Broke or damaged furniture. Lost pieces to some furniture. Mike g was a hard working good attitude guy just sometimes was a little careless even though he is a strong hard worker. The other guy George just complained and hid most the move and when I left to get my car and came back he was just on the truck on his phone and nothing had gotten done. I feel like I got overcharged two hours I should not have and I tipped the guys to try to boost moral. Only worked for Mike g. After they left and I start unpacking i noticed a lot of damaged items and damaged to the walls where drywall was broken off from being careless.

Used to move 4 items from an assisted living facility to my home, including a hospital bed. Which is why they were hired, the 2 movers were not skilled in moving the hospital bed and in turn damaged the headboard and frame. The other 3 items, a recliner, end table and cabinet were handled appropriately and as expected. Very disappointed.

I was very please with the move, only one area upset me. I explain to the Office that I was not able to clear out the drawers so I needed extra care not to turn the dressers up side do, they did and items were every where and one drawer is broken...It isn't anything that I can't fix just a little upset for the damage...maybe my fault...but still a great value for the money..Thank You Guys....

Gunner and Treaver were very curious professional and very easy to communicate with .. they were very accommodating to our needs and they worked very well together

We hired Two Men and Truck to help us unpack our pods into our new home. Having packed them ourselves we knew it was just too much work for us to do at our age and it would be money well spent. And we were right! Chris and Lewis unpacked both of our pods within hours. All our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it and the boxes easily accessible for our unpacking at our own timing. They worked with us to put everything where it would be easiest for us to handle. Very efficient and respectful. Would certainly use them again and recommend to others to use whatever there moving needs are. You don't have to use the truck sometimes its just the helping hands to do the work. They have it all covered! Cant say thank you enough!

Kris and Trevor did a great job with our move. They are really hard working and respectful guys. They really put the extra effort in to get us moved in a timely manner. It was a tough move out of condo on the 2nd floor with stairs only and a stop off at another location to get stuff out of a garage. They made it happen and we are happy we called Two Men and a Truck.

From meeting David to provide us with an estimate, scheduling and coordinating with Mark n the office and finally the move with Jose and Zach we could not be more pleased. In fact this was part 1 of our move. Have already requested to have Jose and Zach for round 2. It is without hesitation I recommend this Two Men and A Truck location!

From the beginning the office staff was very helpful and professional. We told them what items we had to move and they were able to give us a price which we thought was very fair. They were able to set the move for the date and time we wanted and gave us a reminder call the day before. Bob and James, the movers, were exceptional. They were very professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and had a great attitude.
