Mark was extremely effective. Crew was polite and dilligent. Previously boxes were for free so I was unware that they were so expensive.
Also, did not understand when they billed me how Alex had left his IPad behind and we had to complete transaction over the phone.
Otherwise, very satisfyed with their help!

My moving team provided me with AMAZING customer service and overall service. Heather in customer service was informative with her knowledge on quoting and actually costs less than what she quoted me.
As far as my movers Mike & Hector, those two guys are absolutely superb! The two of them helped me move from one home to another in under 8 hours. They were friendly and overall an amazing DUO!

Must tell customers they are paying for the movers to fold blankets and must tell customers they are being charged to drive to the site and to return to the office. This was never shared with me upon booking or I would of never booked with this company.
