They didn’t want to wrap & protect furniture, my daughter requested and made them do it. In return they handled the furniture disrespectful. They broke a leg on a bookshelf and the corner of an L shaped desk. They unloaded the truck into a storage unit without consideration. It was all placed in there in disarray. Boxes in back instead of up front. I just hope nothing else was broken!!!

The moving team was great. They were respectful, efficient, and extremely careful with all my belongings. The heat index for both the move-out and move-in was well into the 100's, and they worked so hard under the extreme conditions.

Extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. With the exception of the price being way over the estimate, I appreciated the quality of service. The moving staff were all very professional, careful and courteous. They were actually a fun group to be with for 13 hours. Kudos to all three employees.

I believe that the original 2 crew members were not packing the truck correctly so they could load all of my items. They moved in slow motion which caused my quote to double and wasted over 30 minutes complaining to the crew boss. You guys did come back to "finish " the move BUT brought a VAN instead of a truck. Now I have to rent a uhaul trailer to move the rest...ridiculous.

The experience overall was very good. The actual cost was higher than the estimate. It was over $500 to move 10 items. The "renting" of the moving boxes for the TVs was about $100. Other than feeling overcharged, the experience was good. I would consider using them again, but purchasing my own moving boxes.
