This is our 3rd service with your company. Unfortunately for whatever reason the office staff did not let us know ahead of time that the pick up was running about 2 hours late. Very frustrating and inefficient, for both parties involved, considering pick up and delivery were only within a 5 mile radius of main office in New Port Richey. Eventually the two men who did the delivery were terrific. If we use your service again we would appreciate being kept informed of late scheduling.

While moving is a stressful experience, these men made it go smoothly with their professional, kind and courteous manner. They packed carefully and quickly and worked without complaint all day. They willingly did whatever chore was asked of them and always asked to use the bathroom (even though I told them they didn't have to ask). I recommend all of them without exception.

A big misunderstanding up front regarding “price of move” caused stress that I didn’t need, but another walk thru and a in depth explanation of the charges I understood. Even with this bump in the road “everyone” I’ve dealt with has been wonderful! I’m so impressed with Cody & Mark and they represent the company in a very favorable way,hopefully; they can see my move all the way thru to the Charlotte NC area.
