Another great move. I’ve used Two Men and a Truck before and was very satisfied. This time did not disappoint. I think the best thing is the positive upbeat attitude of the guys you employ. Makeem and Q were great! Moving is more than just hauling furniture. It isn’t easy but guys like Makeem and Q make it much better. Please let them know I really appreciated their work!

The only thing I was dissatisfied with was being charged for the blankets. I wanted to keep the furniture wrapped because we are moving everything again in 2 months and using your service. Since you are getting all the blankets back I'm not sure why there needed to be a y charge. Besides that everything was great.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Once returned you will receive money back for those pads. These are the pads we use daily in our trucks and that is why we charge for them. We must replace them with new ones. This should have been explained to you on move day. I apologize if it was not. Please contact our office at 727-847-6683 if you have any questions regarding this. The movers didn't lay any protective materials down and this caused a rather large gouge in the vinyl flooring of our bedroom at our new place. The crew were hard working, and nice guys, but seemed very rushed on day 2, when putting stuff into the new house. Our bed was plugged in but not tested. An arm is not connected properly, which means I'll have to disassemble to fix

We do not normally bring out any type of floor protection unless requested by the customer and our damage policy states you have 96 hours to contact us in reference to damages from a move. Unfortunately, you have exceeded that time frame as your move was completed on 6/17. We are sincerely sorry you did not have a good moving experience and can understand your frustrations. Everyone I spoke with was very Knowledgeable & took whatever time needed to make sure all my questions were answered.
The moving team consisted of 2 gentlemen, (Johathan and Bryan (?)) they were great!! They worked well as a team & seemed to enjoy their job as well as working together. They made, what could have been, a stressful event into an enjoyable time.
