I have used Two Men and a Truck before and have always been satisfied with their service. The two men, Jarvis and Cruz, did an excellent job this time and were a pleasure to work with. They were very conscious of taking care of my furniture during the move.

After Hurricane Michael it wasn't easy getting my local company on the phone (understandably), but I was able to go to the office and speak to someone. Everything was explained perfectly. I did have to call to confirm myself before the move, and eventually recieved a callback (again, post Hurricane nonsense I understand). The movers (Anthony and "J" were here on time, explained the process, were very friendly, fast, and made sure to pay particular care to the couple of pieces I pointed out. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the guys who came. They hustled, got the job done quickly, but didnt compromise my furniture in the move. I'll definitely use y'all again the next time I move.

Movers were friendly but argued with each other during the loading / unloading. Showed up 2 hours late (called at 9:30 saying they were on their way but didn't show up until 12:30). Not sure if it was office staff or movers but tried to price gouge, had listed start time as 9:30am then called at 11:30 saying they were unloading and cleaning the truck. Then showed up at 12:30 and tried to get my wife and I to sign saying they started at 9:30. I realize that it's common to try and gouge / cheat customers after a disaster like the recent hurricane but this was a little over the top.

Quinn and Mike were exceptional to work with. These were the two men who moved my stuff. My complaint is that, tho we've had the hurricane to deal with, there are still 2 sites within 10 miles of my move. You sent a team from over an hour away, AND charged me their travel time? !?!,??!?!?!,!?!?!?!,! That was NEVER DISCUSSED during my multiple calls to arrange your services. I'd like my two hours $ back.
