We the company; however, I have recommendations for packing. Please use shorter boxes for packing food, chemicals, bathroom goods, kitchen goods, and heavy items. The wardrobe boxes are amazing! Please make sure you pack appropriate for people to unpack. I had an antique broken and a bottle of cologne spill out in one box. I'm not complaining, just please be a little more careful. The guys did such a great job.

I'm quite happy with with this company. A deep scratch occurred in my hardwood floor, but the team leader took pictures and we filled out a form for someone to come and fix it. The guys were respectful, friendly, and hard workers.

I hired two men and a truck to assist in moving into my new home because I previously used them 2 times and was very happy. Unfortunately this time I did not have the same result . They showed up on time and were very nice but while they unpacked I was told by the team that they could not put my day bed back together because they either lost the screws or left them back at the apartment. They advised I could buy new ones at Lowes/Home Depot. I also found a broken lamp and damaged TV . The next day I called and after sending pictures I was given only $260.00 to replace my 49" TV. The screws were never found. I should be grateful for the $260 but I will still have to pay over $300 to replace my TV, screws and the lamp(1 of a set & its no longer made). I can no longer endorse this company

Damage to door blind and some kitchen cups/bowls.

Two tiny scratches and a small dent on the edge of refrigerator. Possibly from belt securing it to moving dolly or truck? Otherwise no damage and a hard working crew.

Two peaces of my furniture was damaged my bed has holes and my curio was scraped and scratched

Although our bed was slightly damaged The movers were exceptionally good. Very satisfied with them. I Highly recommend them and was extremely happy with them.

Good crew, polite and professional. Overall experience would have been excellent except for damage to Sheetrock when bureau pushed into wall and door facing.

Guys did a great job. Very professional and vigilant.

I was satisfied but my bed was severely damaged and I didn’t notice until after they left. One of the men did not know what he was doing.
