It was real hot and we had a three story house we moved out of. So they did a good job there. I finally told them to stop loading stuff and go unload had them only put the furniture in the new house and all boxes and everything else in the garage. And that took them 6.5 hours. I had to personally move more stuff for two more days with truck and trail after work. During the move there was a floor lamp book shelve and a wine cabinet broken. They said they didn't have any damage report sheet to file out. I do understand the heat of the day and I could see they were hot and getting tried. And that is why I chose to have them stop moving stuff. The first time we use you guys they were excellent and that is why we chose you again. They worked hard but did expect little more for 1200 dollars.

Took 15 hours to move my home, damaged property, and one of the movers stole $ from my daughters piggy bank and admitted it after being confronted.

Upon arrival, one man did not handle my vintage china well. Immediately heard clanging, broken dishes ( 3 times).
Reached for items high above and did not use the ladder provided to him. Left plastic, used tape rolls, tape all over.
The 3 men left without cleaning up their messes. Five glass top items were barely wrapped and not put in boxes for shipping.
I asked the men upon packing to put fragile boxes in one room and more durable items in another. Did not do.
Stacked fragile with very fragile and with pots and pans. Expect a lot of broken, damaged items. Probably will need to
re-pack and do it myself correctly. This move will be my 28th and final.
VERY GLAD I DID NOT HIRE YOU TO MOVE ME FROM FLORIDA TO ARIZONA !!!

Movers were fine. Totally disappointed with administration. Willingly disseminated my personal information over the phone. Will be included any any future litigation.

The move went well, very courteous movers. The only item I am not satisfied with was the damage to a piece of furniture that occurred during the course of the move. I have filed a damage report, anxious to see how it is handled.

It was estimated 6-7 hrs and took 10! I was kind of surprised it took so long. Maybe it was a combination of stairs, lots of stuff and the heat!
I was surprised to have lost a small chest of drawers to damage! I think it was cheaply made but served its purpose for extra storage for me. Maybe something can be worked out to replace it! Thks! Overall a great experience!

The movers were great and worked very hard to make our move successful.....!!just wondering if by any chance the guys remember taking a tv power cord off the one in the middle bedroom and where they put it? .....and truly they did a fabulous job!!!!

My furniture was damaged, my screen door was ripped I have a hole the size of a baseball in it now. A report was filed with the movers before they left but I have yet to hear from anyone about getting this fixed...
