Over all good move. only one piece of furniture. We did notice a damaged area on the trim although we are not sure if it was pre-existing or broken during the move. Cost was a bit high. charged for two hours when the time from pick up to delivery was under one hour.

Both Tavrio and Wilson were wonderful to work with and did a great job. When we move back into the in 4+ months I will request their services only. They wrapped all the breakable items and moved them like they were there's.

The only problem was when movers didnt show up the morning of our move we called and someone forgot to put on calendar. But the office had someone in route and they were there a little after lunch.

Very professional. Exceeded my expectations by completing job 1 hour earlier than quoted. Will be using again soon.

I was very pleased with the moving crew. These young men went over and beyond to provide the services we needed. They were patient and courteous while dealing with a room full of bossy women. Once we reached our destination, they worked quickly to set up my Mom's room. They made her transition to her new facility, as smooth as possible.

The office people I dealt with over the phone were great... they were very accommodating. Also, the guys that did the moving were also top notch.. I remember them because they were Team Beast Mode. The whole experience was great and I would use this group again and recommend them highly.

I would love to say that this move was awesome, but that is a huge expectation for any move; nonetheless with moves that experienced issues. I would mark every back (Dave/Greg/Tyler/Stephan) as OUTSTANDING if possible and mark Crew Lead (Trent) as FAIR, at best. Trent made a horrible call altering the original plan fr 4 Men, 2 trucks - 2 days est at 21 hours (16.5 with 5th man added) to We can get this all done today!. Needless to say, this didn't happen and there was additional time/costs incurred. The frustration level of the crew was compounded but handled beautifully, except for Trent. His attitude became very negative; borderline angry. He began packing the remaining rooms hastily/carelessly and tried to hide incomplete areas. Day 2 ended with the boxes still not moved into rooms. :(

The two young men who came to move my furniture were pleasant and helpful to work with and very professionsl.

Couldnt be happier with the service. Everything went perfectly.

By using you guys saved me so much heart ache. You where in time and started as soon as you came to my residence. You placed my items in my he truck as if they where your own. I would use your services again.
