The agent booking asked questions but didn’t properly equip the movers with the required number of boxes.

The guys were a life saver to me! I have never had to move like this they help relax my ability to cope with what was in front of me that day. I'm sure I'll be using them again . The worst day, they made happen with alot less stress . Thank those guys!!!!!!!

I was overcharged by one hour, they left something off the truck that I reminded them more than once not to forget. I fed them lunch and paid for them while they ate and only one thanked me for the food. Dante was great.

I was very impressed with the two men that moved me. They were so courteous and careful. They acted very respectful.

I hired two men and a truck because friends had used them. Only two bedrooms a living room and kitchen. I had asked if they could pack up my kitchen and was told they did do packing. All other closets were empty. The only cloths they moved were in drawers they left there. It was to take 3 hours. They came with no boxes or knowledge they had to pack anything. Someone dropped of boxes (they assume was 25) The kitchen was packed great, but it took 6 hours to pack load my house of only 4 rooms. Then 3 hours to unload. it was 9 hours and double the cost. I was charged also for 25 boxes their supervisor (said, but not counted) delivered. When I went back to my other house there were 5 unused boxes I was charged for. I am retired military and have moved 15 times. NEVER taken so long

My cousin told me to use your company for my move. I'm glad I took her advice. Very professional and even though my move team were tired, they still kept their happy spirit. Change is such a transition but with the right team it seems easier. Thank you.

This was a last minute need. The man in the office was great. Both movers were polite and efficient and friendly. One was Isaiah but I don’t remember the name of the other but they were both excellent.
