All of my comments would have been excellent except we had some damage to our antique furniture that we discovered after the men left. Our furniture was well wrapped in plastic. However, protection was not used when large pieces were put on the dolly so one piece was damaged on the edge where the piece was moved by the dolly. Another piece had damage on the top where a dolly was put on top of the piece during the move with no protection between the dolly and the furniture. The movers were very friendly and worked with haste. Carelessness caused damage though so I hope they will be more careful with wrapped furniture that still needs protecting.

Two Men and a Truck made moving so much easier. They were professional, fast, and hard working. They took tremendous care with my items and were great asking where I wanted them in the new house. They even took some huge items upstairs which I felt bad about, but they said no problem. I recommend them to anyone!

Well the movers moved us very quickly and at the time I was very impressed with just how quick but later that day I found out that they moved us so quick that a jug full of my money ( at the very least $2000.00 ) had some how fallen off the back of the truck in transit because it is no longer in my possession. The last thing I was told it to file a police report , like what good will this do it is cash no traceable way to find it .
Too me Two Men and A Truck should do there own police work and get to the bottom of this. I even sent Carey Smith ( so called GM ) a picture of the jug and all I get is " call the cops "
When I say had fallen off I am being sarcastic it is missing and someone got a very big tip and I actually tipped the movers $75.00 a piece .

The actual physical move from my residence in Navarre to Shalimar Florida was excellent and efficient done in one day for a fair price.. The follow up was poor. The original coordinator promised they would reinstall and put back together all that they moved. The washer and dryer were not installed properly and leaked. Finally Sundance Realtors solved the problem. The grandfather clock was not reassembled. There was also a antique chair that was damaged and not repaired. Both these items were reported to the local Two Guys and a Truck franchise with no luck

The two young men you sent were hard working and very pleasant. We forgot one item, but I guess that cant be helped..

Loading day good and unloading seemed good until we got deeper into unpacking and we found a small box of candles with a much larger on top of it crushing it in and breaking 4 of the candles.Anyone should have know not to put a heavy box on top of a small box. The office person didn't explain the policy of your company not taking response ability for anything that we had packed but the loading crew makes you sign a release before loading by its to late to do anything else but go with them.

I had only a few items to be moved. I had roughly 15 plants that I needed taken down some stairs so that I could have someone else move them. First they complained about moving them, then as they were carrying them, they dropped them, broke them and had little regard for the fact that were living things. There were dirt piles on the carpet in my living room, and the stairs from being dropped. Please note that is a past tense statement for a few of those. Plants are live, living things and they did not care. Their carelessness killed almost a year of growth on some of the plants. That is not something that I will ever be able to get back. Based on this experience, I will never use this service again. However, if you have just boxes you want moved, they can handle that.

Some of our fragile belongings were thrown in boxes without any wrapping and broke. Boxes are in the new house upside down. Our precious armor what holds our baby's clothes is broken and was filled up with belongings from the floor and closet, thrown ON THE CLEAN BABY CLOTHES! I found the nursery rug on the garage floor. Remotes were put on a shelf with holes so logically it can fall - now one is missing. I haven't even finished unpacking yet, but I'm scared what else is waiting for me. I'll send pictures to customer service after I finished with unpacking. Oh, and your guy's toolbox and blanket is still here, what is actually not a problem, I'm just letting you know. Movers were polite and nice otherwise.

They miscalculated the truck size needed. Felt like they made promises and failed to deliver. The moving team that showed up was courteous and hard working. When they realized they couldn’t fit all in the truck, they called their supervisor and he came and took the lead in loading. The way he loaded without blankets and wraps scratched multiple pieces and crushed a number of boxes including wardrobe boxes. Thus my wife and was very unhappy and will not recommend two men and a truck.

We had a problem with breaking a leg on a sofa - Sean got the manufacturer's information and ordered a new leg, which we received. Rate this great.
We have a current problem with soiling of our living room chair - the hand truck wore through the plastic wrap and caused black marks on our white chair. Took pictures at storage unit - still waiting for a call back on this...!
