They were on time, efficient, very pleasant and extremely professional.

When I made an appointment for our moving, the office staff is very patient and careful to arrange our schedule. During moving the elevator of our building did not work, your movers did not be interrupted, they used emergency stair, even though moving is difficult and consume a lot of energy. When raining they put the cover on the furniture to protect. Some furniture are big and heavy, they are very careful to avoid damage. So your staff have good spirit and excellent service.
The start of our schedule was a little delay, but the office staff explained me the problem. hope that this problem can avoid.

Two men and a truck arrived during the window of time stated. They were very polite and well mannered. They loaded my organ quickly. They beat me back to my house. They unloaded it and placed it quickly. The lead man did the paperwork quickly and then they were gone. Excellent job. I have already recommended them to my sister for her up coming move.

The morning my move was scheduled, excessive roofing repairs on my apartment building, which I'd had no warning would be happening, prevented the team from safely doing their job. Thankfully the manager at your Kissimmee office, Mason, worked with me over the phone and was able to reschedule my job for the next day and everything went smoothly at that point.

All was very good - very professional. There was a broken chair, and wall light. Also would have liked some deduction - or veterans or senior discount. All in all a good experience. Was very happy with the company.
