Only 400 characters? Our walls were damaged on both the outgoing and incoming move. My husband was told to start prioritizing items for the truck because it was getting close to being full. Made several trips ourselves. They dropped our items. Gave them about 10 bottles of water. Who doesn’t bring water to a job site in 100° heat? Very unprofessional. Drywall repair guy Miles was outstanding.

I was Please with efficiency skills of the movers. They prepared and packed our furniture with care. My furniture and boxes were loaded in such a way that everything was secured and the maximum amount of space in my POD was used.

Vega and Smith were great! However, the moving cost were very expensive this time over $600 to move (relocate) two items in house. You should also offer discounts to repeat customers as I have used your company 4 times in the last 4 yrs.

Two men and a truck far exceeded my expectations. My movers were professional and efficient. They made it look so easy. The whole experience was very smooth. I will now only use two men and a truck for any of my moving needs.

One minor complaint is that they did not use any pad on the stair landing when moving the king head board. This resulted in a minor scratch on the wood floor. They did use a pad for the large dresser (thankfully) . Other than that, the movers were excellent and were very careful and accommodating.

We were extremely satisfied with our TMT moving experience. They were friendly, professional and very efficient. From Stephen in the office to our team of movers - Vega, Smith & Ortiz - we were well taken care of.
We will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Really great service all round . Helpful staff over the phone to set up the original appointment, follow up and communication via text worked great . Moving day - truck and team on time , polite and careful , excellent service . Follow up call to check all ok due to time (mainly due to dissembling/ reassembling) .

The moving team was great!!! So fast, so fun! I really appreciated them. It was a stressful move, and they mad a stressful day somehow fun.
