There was an incident during my move where my bed was damaged and I needed a new frame. It took 19 days after the move for that issue to be resolved which is way too long. There should be a quicker way to resolve this issues.

I was worried that the storms would come while the move was in progress but the team was so good that they were finished in plenty of time.

My moving team was defintely the A Team! They killed it and were very efficient and careful with our personal belongings. Things were properly wrapped before being moved to protect from knicks and scratches. The Moving team was respectful and courteous.
