The moving crew was excellent, Fast and efficient! They even helped me in a huge bind when we got to the Public Storage facility the elevator was not working and we could not get to the 3rd floor. They offered a solution to store our items in two of their units back at the Two Men and a Truck facility! Huge help and I am grateful for the quick thinking and excellent service provided by the crew and the office staff. Thank you! I look forward to using you soon when our home is ready to move us into our home.

There were two things that made this experience great: 1) They said they would call me if they could arrive and start earlier. I didn't expect that they would, but they called me about 2 hours before the scheduled start time and arrived more than an hour early, which was great because I was scheduled for an afternoon move; 2) They moved very quickly, but still took care not to damage any of my furniture. They estimated the job would take 4.5 hours, but it only took 3.5, so I ended up paying over $100 less than they estimated. They were all wonderful to deal with and made a stressful experience about a thousand times better than I expected it would be.
