Was a very nice experience due to the 3 men. All were very careful of my possessions and listened and carried out my requests. Men were very good to work around. I'm so very disappointed in your company. I contracted with you to move our goods and only half of them were moved even though your estimator came and made a list of everything that needed to be loaded. If I paid you another 5k you said you would then move the rest of our goods.
I contacted Phillip Hales to mediate the situation which he said he would but he never got back to me.

Phillip attempted several times to contact you but it was unsuccessful. Although we are unable to change the past, be assured that this experience will serve our team to improve in the future.
