Very poor experience, one employee was very slow took more time smoking than working damage several items of furniture broke a TV ect

Was not happy with the experience I had this time around ..They were not very careful with moving items and did some damage to the walls and my door at old apartment..

Everything went very well except a particle board based piece of furniture was broken. It is being fixed by your company.

Items in boxes were spilled, broken, and literally just thrown in packing. Insufficient boxes were provided.

The team were right on time coming and going. The were very pleasant and helpful.
Acted and looked like professionals.

Juan and Dennis were a great team. They arrived on time and kept things moving smoothly. They were courteous, professional and took great care in moving our belongings.

We only had 17 items to move 11 were in the garage ready to be immediately taken out, 3 were on the first floor, and 3 were on the second floor. All were shrink wrapped. It still took an hour and a half to move the items out of the house. While moving three items got damaged. They offered to fix one and gave a generous discount on another. The third I did not notice at the time of the move. We wrapped items so the movers would not come into contact with our items, yet to move them they put holes in the plastic or reached through holes. The movers were pleasant and jovial. The team lead was thorough in his explanations to us and we felt he knew the business aspect well.

I cannot say enough good things about my recent use of Two Men & A Truck. The movers were prompt, courteous and friendly. We had quite a lot of items to move, many of them very heavy, and the guys never flinched. They worked extremely well together and were fast. There is no question I would be using Two Men & A Truck again. I highly recommend anyone to use them as well.

The closing on our house got moved up and the new house was not finished being renovated. There was no way we could move ourselves as we had planned! I had received a postcard in the mail from two men and a truck the week before, so I called. The office staff bent over backwards to make my move happen on the day we wanted. Even though they told me it was tight, they were able to rent a truck and had a team at my place first thing in the morning. Danny and Luis called on their way. They were very businesslike, surveyed my belongings and what needed moved versus what did not and they got to work. They were very creative and packed as much into the truck. When we got to new house it was a mess and they were very patient unloading into space that was available. A very pleasant experience. A+++

The men were pleasant, extremely respectful, caring, efficient, willing to do everything we asked! A pleasure to work with!
