Our move took place last week where one of our larger pieces of furniture was damaged. The movers argued over who’s responsibility it was and when the damage report was filled out neither one of them would sign their name. When the damage happened it took them 15/20 minutes of moving time to let us know this wasting moving time we paid for. I also have contacted the office twice with no respons

The guys were willing to place things in the house where they go and place area rugs for me which was nice. However they let me know they had 2 more jobs that day and had to really rush!! I thought I hired them by the hour? They weren’t as careful as the previous crews I used at 2 men & truck in Baton Rouge. Boxes & bags were literally “thrown” on top of each other in every room.

Happy with the gentlemen unloading the truck. They were mostly efficient. I did feel at one point that, because I had so little being unloaded, they made conversation to extend the time. This only occurred one or two times. Overall, and to be clear though, they were careful while moving items and generally quick. I’d use you all again.

The service was great. The guys were on time and polite. They had no trouble getting to the new place. The move turned out to be cheaper than the estimate which is always a good thing. Overall a very positive experience in a stressful time.

Our team was experienced, patient, professional. Those few things are definitely at the top of my list for my moving co. The price was fair for a direct move, with direct transport (out if state) the very next day. There are a few members of this team (our team) who absolutely EXCELLED…I mean, whew. We couldn’t have done this without them (in more ways than one).
