The communication with the front office crew was exceptional. I've paid for $40K moves where the customer service was not as efficient as this crew. Our moving crew was also exceptional, beyond expectations. I will recommend your service to anyone who asks.

Prompt, completed quickly. Matting put on floors for old home, NOT new home! The stairscase was damaged pretty badly. Lots of scuffs to drywall, chips, dents, and scrapes to newly painted stairs and walls. It was large furniture, but if legs of furniture were fully wrapped it would not have happened. A shutter blind was damaged. Back of my dresser was broken detaching the mirror from dresser.

The two men that moved us were very helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. Nothing was too big or heavy for them. They were polite and accommodating. They took all of the hard to move items like my mother in laws grandfather clock. They even let me set up a second stop to deliver a china cabinet to my daughter’s house. They set up all of the beds including a sleep number bed.

A woman and man helped unload 26’ truck! They were balls to wall! Fast, careful, professional, & wouldn’t take a break when I asked! Pleased even more because they were the best movers in my history of moving10 times! Priced right! The unload costs in the US doesn’t vary much, so don’t hesitate to use them.

We had 2 moves, from old house to storage unit and storage unit to new house within a week. Really appreciated that we got the same crew both times and they were absolutely great, professional and communicated through out the move.
