The two men who worked at my house were outstanding representatives of any company. They were courteous and knew what they were doing.

Moving is a pain. But having a moving company that has their act together makes the process so much better. From my first call, to the last item off the truck, the team was professional, helpful and did exactly as promised. We had very little damage to some very heavy furniture. The truck leaked which created a bit of a problem with some boxes getting soaked. But, thankfully nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great service.

We were very pleased overall. The only issue was final payment. My wife provided a credit card to the office staff in advance since we were not able to meet the moving team. The office staff did not communicate effectively to the moving team and there was some confusion about final billing.

I used the same place before and they moved all the same stuff to the house we were moving from just three years before. They must not have included everything they moved back then because when the guys got to the house they immediately started complaining about how much they had to move compared to the list/estimate they had been given. I called the office after reviewing the estimate (my fault for not noticing it before) and had them add the furniture that was not on the list. The guys attitudes changed soon after and they were great, just very slow. They were at our new house unloading furniture until almost 11pm that night. My husband just let them leave because we were tired and he told them he would just put the beds together himself. When it came time to pay, the bill doubled.

The two young men who did the actual move were the best I had ever dealt with...they put up with me changing my mind about placement of larger pieces of furniture; they were friendly, respectful and everything you would want with a trade working in your home...highly recommend this team
