Every box was crushed or wet and almost every piece of furniture was scratched and dinged and there was two pieces that were broken

Overall good...Was finished about 3 hours ahead of original schedule..however my desk did get broken do to its fragile nature but otherwise a good
experience considering the nature of moving. JRP

They did a lot of standing around and talking. The truck was not loaded properly so they had to get another truck. Some of my items were broken.

Ronnie, Isaac and D.J.(?) were prompt and worked hard the entire time. They had excellent attitudes, especially considering the extremely hot and humid weather with which they were dealing. everything appeared to be in good order -just one little mar on an extremely large piece of furniture that I'm still not sure how they got it into the house. We were very pleased with their work.

Men did not know how to move a refrigerator they damaged refrigerator and my floor I am still waiting for information on when damages will be resolved spoke to David and derick

It was a last minute, stressful situation. Leslie was very empathetic on the phone and got the team there as soon as possible. Kyle and Chris were so disgusted with the movers that had packed and offloaded my things, they were extra careful to not cause more damage.

I feel dissatisfaction because Brett assured me the movers wouldn't turn my desk and night tables upside down at any time during the move. They did. Everything was thrown around in the drawers and it's taken me hours to fix it. I've moved the same furniture across America twice without this problem.
It was raining the day I moved and time-outs had to be taken because of it but no time was taken off the bill. I think at least an hour total was spent standing around because of weather (not in my control). That's a lot of money for watching the drops fall. My plants made it through and I'm grateful for that. My neighbors moved 2 weeks before I did. They hired a different company and ended up ordering the movers out of their house. Yikes!

Movers did a decent job but their lack of moving skills left permanent scuff and dents on my oak wood steps. The sand/dirty wheels of the moving dolly made micro scratches on my floor when carrying out the washing machine.Overall I'm sincerely disappointed in the service I can't believe I had to pay that much to have my floors scratched and scuffed up.
