we had moved everything except the heaviest furniture. no washer or dryer. I believe the moving team dragged out the move which was only five miles from point a to point b, to meet the office estimators price.

Revan and Paul arrived very Punctual, explaining all that would happen, explained each item that I signed on the form, always answering any Questions, treated our Furniture as it was their own, we had a very successful Move and we will use Revan and Paul for our next Move. Very Polite and Professional Young Men. Patty and Bob

The moving team that came out to the house was on time, extremely professional. Fast and efficient. They took extra care when moving my China cabinet and other valuable items. I would definitely use this company again.

This was the best move I have ever had. That is saying a lot because I have moved at least 15 times in my adult life. Luis and Chance came and loaded all my belongings on Monday. They were done by 2pm. They drove the truck the 3 1/2 hours south and unloaded everything in my new home on Tuesday morning. Perfect! What an excellent experience.

WELL, THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB. WE ARE LEFT TO PICK UP ALL THE LEFT OVERS OURSELVES... WE SHOULD HAVE JUST MOVED OURSELVES AND NOT PAID ALL THAT MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB. WE WERE QUOTED AT OUR HOME (IN PERSON) AND STILL THEY COULD NOT DO AS PROMISED. SO ARE WE TO BLAME???? WE DO NOT BELIEVE SO AND SO WE WOULD NEVER USE YOU AGAIN NOR PASS THE WORD ON TO OTHERS EXCEPT FOR THE VERY, VERY BAD SITUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FOR US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Jovan and Whitney were my movers and were very careful, caring, mannerly and efficient. Did NOT waste time. I was VERY pleased with both of them and would use them or others in the Co. in a heartbeat. I will definitely refer others to your Co. thank you and God bless! Hugs, Susan

The original move, to my 96 mile, temporary Ocala, FL storage unit 4 months ago, was with a Penske LIFT GATE equipped truck. When I called to schedule your service, The first words I spoke were that I needed a Two Men and a Truck equipped with a Lift Gate (for a good reason). Overall service from the three moving men was great, but I specifically asked for a LIFT GATE equipped truck. I still have a very heavy Snap On tool box, which the movers were not able to move. I now have to find a way to move this last tool box from my current storage unit, which I must continue to pay for, until it is emptied. I was not happy to see a truck arrive with a short ramp, Monday morning on October 9th.

Arrived promptly, completed service efficiently and within the two hours time. They were very personable young men. This move is temporary and I will be calling again and I will ask for Chance and Erick again.
