These two men were very professional and didn't even ding the furniture or walls. They were great.

Andre says, I signed off parking the truck in the drive, but I asked the question, does it leak. I was told no. Wrong - it leaks black oil, very black. My disappointment. The men looked ok, they moved stuff, but they wore no uniform!

The moving team were wonderful caring down to earth people that worked with us !!

The website was very intuitive and easy to use and the response from the woman at the office shortly after finishing was very impressive. She explained everything and gave me a cost estimate immediately. Overall great customer service by the entire team. The move went smoothly and the cost was actually under the original estimate. The office staff are wonderful, have the information and knowledge necessary to know what costs and dates are available and are very courteous. In the process of moving a piece of the bedroom furniture the mattress knocked the entryway light causing it to tip over and bust out the window on the front door. The mattress received damage, a hole was put in the wall and the door window was ruined. All production stopped and the manager came to the scene; however, it took weeks for the door to get fixed, no one came and cleaned up the mess, no one came to fix the hole in the wall, there was no follow-up unless we called to remind them we were still waiting for the door to be fixed and the glass all over was not cleaned up. NOT HAPPY about how response to damages!!
