Everything about this experience was easy! From scheduling my appointment, to understanding the prices and services clearly, to my Moving Team arriving on time and ready to work, to how effective and efficient their work was - everything was great! Wish there were an excellent plus in some of the categories. The moving men were more than we could have wished for. They were courteous to a fault, very attentative to care and furniture prep before moving it and respect to the space they were moving out of it.
Our advise to you is to keep those four men at all costs - they were the ultimate representatives for your company.
Also, our daughter recommended your company to us after using your company for her move from Ohio to Florida and she wholeheartedly agrees.

There is an opportunity of improvement in the communication between the office and the movers, I received 3 phone calls to ask for the addresses, and details of the move, I had given this information already to the office. In my humble opinion they should make sure to give this information to the movers, intead of having different sources calling the client. Other than that your services was very good.

Although I had scheduled move to 9am the crew appeared at 9:30 with a truck that couldn't parking in my building. While the truck has been changed, just 1 worker still in my apartment to prepare things but I had paid for 3. At 12 pm the others 2 had appeared. They couldn't finish all move because we had window for delivery close at 4 pm on destination. For my surprise they charged me in full and intend charge more for the 2nd session...
I canceled yesterday the 2nd after waiting for their estimate...

My friend I are weandacirc;??re both moving. She hired a different company even though I told her about two men and a truck. Her move was a disaster, they didnandacirc;??t bring boxes to help her, they were complaining etc. my move couldnandacirc;??t have been better , the guys were great! They helped me as though it was their move. The front desk had advised them of my heavy expensive bed and they knew about it upon arrival so I didnandacirc;??t gave to re explain. Honestly, best move experience ever. Kurtis, Demetri and Andre really care and are a good group of guys.
