The office staff was very helpful in the move planning stage. The movers arrived on time and efficiently loaded everything onto the truck. They were courteous, friendly, had a great attitude and seemed very experienced. They arrived in my new city earlier than they estimated and unloaded everything as efficiently as loading even though they had to contend with a few rain showers. A few of my items did suffer some minor damage. The dining room table had knobs on two drawers and they were broken off, the day bed back should have been wrapped in a blanket and it was not, it had some deep scrapes on a 3"x3" area the carved back, and the truck had leak in the roof and two boxes got wet. Fortunately only one book got partially wet and it was salvageable. It was a positive experience.

When the movers get here they explain the issue about them building the crib. Then the crib was a little broken on one side, so they made a huge fuss about that and that I should just return it. I knew they just didn’t want to deal with it. But it was a lot of lost (charged) time due to that. My son is perfectly fine sleeping in the crib now. The only reason I hired this company was for that, had I known..

The move was very well done and would recommend. My only problem was it took way longer than necessary which amounted in almost double what we paid for our last move. Keeping in mind that they did go very slowly (not so great) and carefully (great) and rearranged the furniture a few times ( very nice).

Julian and Anais at the office were very professional and courteous. The movers Gus and Ernest were not only very efficient and hard working, but they took care of all of my belonging. They too were very professional and courteous. I was very pleasantly surprised especially in Miami. I have already recommended them to others who I know are moving.

All went well from the move.But there was two of the same company trucks doing a move out on the same day and one of my lamps went missing. I had two only have one now. Beside the one lamp lost all else went excellent.

Crew did not bring enough supplies to pack all of our belongings. The process took longer than it should have, so it cost us more money.

The sales team was excellent. The movers were very friendly and had a great attitude. However, they damaged the wall and apartment door moving a couch out and lost two boxes of my possessions - one was a package of tied and flattened FedEx and file boxes; the other a full box of kitchen supplies. Calls to the dispatcher (Alan), went unreturned. Then he said they would be returned the next day. That promise was made three times before the property was returned. At no time was I able to reach dispatch by telephone directly. Not the day of the move, not in the 5-6 calls made running down my property. Only the sales team answered the telephone and was able to put me in touch with dispatch. Only the file boxes were returned. The box of kitchen supplies apparently disappeared.

Neil and Curtis, our movers, were awesome. They got the job done efficiently, carefully, and with ease. Very impressed with the service I received! Definitely will use this company again and refer :)
