I am happy with the move for the most part. However these are things that stood out for me:
Good:
1. The movers were not late.
2. Follow up, I received a courtesy call a day prior to the move.
3. Price expectations were set well.
Not good:
1. Paul (one of the movers) was very rude when I asked questions. He was expecting me to just nod my head yes and sign on the papers.
2. Paul called me 2 hours before the move and wanted to start the move 1 hour before the scheduled time. It was schedule for 1 PM, he wanted to start at 12 noon. I blocked the elevators with my condo building from 1 PM - 4 PM.
3. They pretty much dented the walls, doors, chipped pieces off my bedroom furniture, minor but visible.

Office staff service was courteous and informative. We contracted for 2 men but on the day of service, 3 men showed up and the truck was considerably over the capacity we had negotiated. We understood that there was not any extra charge for these discrepancies. The crew was on time although they lacked cohesion as far as who was in charge. The size of the truck made access to the property more difficult at both ends of the move. There was one damaged item, a glass lampshade which was broken off in the process. This was reported by the moving crew during the final accounting, but I don't believe any damage compensation was offered by the company.

Terrible experience will NEVER refer or use again!!! $2,300.00 for the worst disorganized high price service that destroyed 1/2 of my furniture.

Very quick and easy reservation an availability of services. Price is not cheap, I had better deals but decided to go with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because friends and family used service before. Everything went OK until I checked out my furniture and walls, which were clearly damaged. Alan (office manager) told me he would check if he could reimburse for damages but it has been one week and I have no response from him or his office staff. Overall service, SATISFACTORY. I will definitely check out other options next time I move before considering your services.

This experience did not equal our prior ones--the movers were often careless in moving my furniture, resulting in damage to THREE items, including a dresser that could not be salvaged. I tried to resolve the issue and was told that I had opted for the "free insurance" (I had no memory of any insurance being discussed over the phone) and that insurance provided for a minimal amount based on the weight of the items--NOT the extent of the damage or the value of the item. Therefore, I will receive $150 and will need to replace a triple dresser, and find someone to repair a bathroom cabinet and possibly replace or repair the table leg of my dining room table. Certainly not the service I have experienced in the past.

My mattress was dragged without any wrapping and it got dirty. They forgot my side table in the truck. They took a bucket with coins. They really didn't care too much about what they were doing.

We had too many items damaged, they were supposed to come and stood us up this tuesday. Still no response from management

The movers were extremely professional and courteous, and worked very quickly. I had 3 different drop offs and everyone commented on how great they were.

I have used used Two men and a truck 3 times in Sarasota fl. and was extremely satisfied. I just used the company in Miami to move my son to Bradenton FL. I was very nervous as I didnt know what to expect.We were priviledge to have Nick and Chris do our move. They were very presentable, clearly made themselves understood and listened to us when we described our thoughts and needs. Out of all our moves this was by far the best. They never wasted a single minute. Incredibly dependable, efficient professional and kind. They are an asset to your company. I was beyond happy with their service they provided Couldnt be happier.
