The overall moving experience was good because of one of the movers,Jose.was excellent ,very conscientious and careful with all of my belongings.However the other mover,Wilbur,who unbelievably was the driver and headman,was distracted and unfocused to the point of damaging the headboard of my bedroom set,which I loved.He put it against the wall unprotected,with no wrap and not on an angle ,so it fell on the metal part of the bed frame and deeply dented the black ebony wooden frame.Even Jose mentioned this could have easily been avoided.Jose tried to compensate for this unnecessary accident.He should be promoted and given a raise.I filled out a damage report and would like attention to this matter.Thankyou,Laurie Kaufman

The two movers were very nice and professional. My move included several stops with a last minute add on and they were very accommodating as well as courteous. They certainly made the move much easier for me. Would definitely use them again!

I don't mean to bring hardship to the moving team, but this experience with your company was unsatisfactory.
My piano was destroyed by the moving team (it was dropped/fell), and I observed another piece of furniture (blanketed) fall from a dolly. Some of my boxes were left outside the apartment after the movers left (I happened to notice 2 hours later.) Movers did not bring boxes nor packing materials, so I had to return to finish packing out my old apartment with boxes and paper I had saved from an earlier move.
This move was not what I expected from Two Men and a Truck after multiple previous moves for which I hired your company the past 10 years. I have tried to contact the damage/claims rep, still working to make contact with him to discuss how to address the broken piano.

Please make sure to recognize the two gentlemen who helped me move. They were extremely courteous, patient, careful, and professional. They made my experience so much easier and more pleasant than I could have expected. They clearly had pride in their work and were focused on ensuring total customer satisfaction. These guys were awesome! Same goes for the gentleman who helped me set up my appointment by phone. He was on the sales team.

This was the worst moving service I have ever had. 3 men claimed to take 6 HOURS to move a bedroom set and 2 couches out of a 1500 sq ft apartment. I left them in my apartment in confidence they would take everything and accomplish the job in a timely manner. After the 6 hours they still left a side table in my apartment AND ALL of th garbage bags and boxes I left ALREADY packed! A dresser was damaged AND I purchased full insurance and now the manager is claiming they give ‘depreciated’ value of the dresser which is NOT stated in the contract and which no one explained to me. The person on the phone also never told me my job would require 3 men. I will never be using this service again.
