The office staff were very thorough and courteous. The movers were excellent! The move was for my mother going into a senior residential home, and getting the furniture in was quite a challenge. There were 3 families moving in that day. There was only 1 very small elevator that had to be shared by everyone! The couch had to be carried up by the movers to the 2nd floor apartment. The movers were so friendly and kind to my mother. Thank you so much!

Tim and Evan were professional, courteous and took care of our property as if it were their own. We will use them again, but hope to not have to move anytime soon. We especially liked that they finished one hour earlier than the estimate, making our cost less.

The crew leader was fine but the crew itself had infighting causing my belongings to be poorly packed and unmarked. I’ve never had a move go so poorly, and this is not my first move by far. Still missing things now that all boxes are unpacked. My new floors are torn up due to damage done to legs of furniture (will forward pix at a later date) . Last time I moved within the county, the price was about half what I was charged. No thumbs up here
