My experience with movers was bad news.
Whn I first met movers, explained my unfamiliararity with how to locate new home due to recent move to Fl from NM. Could I follow them? No prob. til we arrived at town of new place. We hit a traffic light. They blew thru the yellow and left me at the red. End result? While trying to find them, my car died and I wound up paying double for move. No recommend

The two movers were great and helped me out a lot. Loved how they helped and made sure everything was set up correctly. I had a 2:30pm-5:30pm arrival time and got a call at 12pm saying they were ahead of schedule which helped me out greatly. Can't say enough good about the whole experience. Great job and also a lot lower in price than any of the other movers I called. Definitely use them again

Phone staff was great and followed up well. Actual movers were great, very helpful, courteous, prompt and professional. They moved rather large furniture into a house with difficult angles, carefully, and without damaging the walls or floors. Nice job on 2 extremely hot days.

At the time of estimate, we were given the impression that TMAAT would reach out to us 3 days prior to the move to finalize. That did not happen and when I called it turned out they hadn't put us on the schedule. After working out the new move date, we requested some packing supplies that-surprise! were not provided. Packers didn't put boxes in given areas (found kitchen/bathroom etc in garage).

The two gentlemen who helped me move were extremely professional and efficient. Even with one stop they significantly reduced the time I was initially quoted. I was very happy with their work.

Five STARS!! Brian and Brandon are an awesome team. They treated my furnishings and property with the best of care, as if it was their own. Both were cheerful and a pleasure to be around despite the 94 degree heat. I was extremely pleased - and impressed - with the entire experience.

At the destination location a couple of the movers removed their masks (COVID) even though we were still wearing ours.
I did not say anything, just took an extra effort to aerosol sanitize the areas after they left.
I know it is difficult working with the masks - but it is our best prevention for transmission of the disease.
Team was on time, professional, and polite.

Teresa, We are happy you feel your move team was on time, professional and polite. I apologize they removed their masks during mid-move. We instruct them to keep them on but, as you said, it is difficult working with them especially when they are out in the Florida heat. That is no excuse.
