The guys were great! Quick, helpful and hard working. They were able to disassemble and assemble beds and furniture that frankly I was not able to do. Before leaving they asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Very polite. Can’t say enough good.

The quote was wrong and we needed 2 trucks instead of one. Driver developed an attitude and threw rolls of shrink wrap. Told his manager I was extremely rude to him. Had to rent a Uhaul to complete the move. Overall I’m very unhappy with the service we received.

The office staff start the experience on a high note and it just got better from there. The moving team was experienced and coordinated the move expertly. They were all courteous and very willing to be helpful. I have already told four people who are thinking about moving in the next year about the excellent service I received

Move was planned for Saturday 7/30 at 2pm eastern. I got a call at around 2:30pm from Doug informing me that movers wouldn't be able to make it. He asked about Monday morning. I moved 3 clients around that cost me revenue for my business and time, as did my partner. There was not even one bit of compensation offered for my inconvenience...NOTHING.
