The team was late but they were still able to get the job done in a timely fashion. I would like them to move me into the house I am purchasing.

To move a disassembled bed and mattress , one dresser, a table and two couches they took almost 3 hours... I was expecting them to take at most an hour because it was just a few pieces of furniture; no boxes whatsoever. They also scraped EVERY piece of brown furniture they moved. I am extremely disappointed with the care of my furniture... it was expensive and now they have scratch marks on them. I also don’t understand why they were on their phone so much wasting time that I would have to pay so much money for. And lastly they had to meet me over at the other apartment with the stuff they moved into the truck and they ended up taking too long and disappeared for 15 minutes when the apartment was one street over. I just don’t understand. Besides all of those things. They were very polite.

Hired the company for both packing and moving. The packing was not great. Fragile items should have been packed better. I told them about an ostrich egg from South Africa and how fragile it was and they didn't even tape bubble wrap on it, just placed a piece over it , same issue with my husband's collectors cars replicas, stuff was thrown in bocpxes. Looks like they got tired half way through the day. There was a box that they marked fragile that got squashed, have yet to open it to look for damage. Some boxes were placed in wrong rooms and now I have to drag them to where they belong as ther are too heavy to lift. A glas shelf was broken and it's a week later and I have no replacement yet. Can't finish unpacking till I get it.

Everything was packed quickly and moved efficiently the next day.

We live in hot, humid, sunny Central Florida, in a 2 story home and our move was in June. Both the packing team (Jay, Esteban, Hector) and moving team (Jay, Hector, 2 additional men) hustled the entire time, seemingly without notice of the oppressive weather or size and weight of the furniture. On moving day I actually had to force them to take a 15 min break to eat pizza I had order. They were alll friendly with a great sense of humor , yet professional and had great manners. I have used 2 Men for small jobs like moving items between floors in our 2 story home, moving my 85 yr old mother (2x), moving offices of the non-profit I work for (2x), and now our move to a new home. I'm a FAN! Will use and recommend them always!

The Two Men and a Truck team from office staff to moving crew were exceptional! Professional, friendly, caring, prompt and prepared to do the job, clean truck and organized, handled every obstacle as it happened. We will recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone moving. The team that loaded and unloaded were incredible. A little frustrated with the fact that all of our stuff did not fit on the truck. Whoever came out to the house to look at our stuff didn’t realize we had as much stuff as we did. That is my only complaint. Once again, the movers themselves were incredible.

The 2 young men were professional and very courteous , could not have ask for harder workers with great attitude!!

Two Men and a Truck could not have done a better job - fast, friendly and extremely efficient. They really made moving day a pleasant experience.
