The movers called before they left the shop, gave an estimated time to arrival, arrived as expected, and did a great job with a great attitude. Thank you to Martinez and Viers!

The moving team was extremely profession and helped to make sure my father in law had all his belonging before leaving his residence into an assisted living.

The truck was on time and the workers kept it up. I would suggest you emphasize on website when choosing items to be moved, this determines the size of truck you will need. I did not go into each room to list items therefore missed listing items.

Your guys were very good. I would give them at least a 41/2 stars because no matter how good we do we can always improve. They worked hard and I definitely will recommend them and your company. I’ve used you before and will be using you again in a couple weeks. You pick very good workers for your business and it is a big asset to your company. Merry Christmas to you and all your employees

Team was very courteous & extremely concientious of both what to pack and upon arrival to destination, in which room I wanted each item to placed.

We had used Two Men and a Truck before and we're very happy. Unfortunately our recent experience did not turn out as well. The men arrived on time and initially seemed quite professional. Unfortunately things went downhill from there. Instead of using a furniture dolly they were dragging items of furniture across the carpet and damaged two pieces of furniture. Once the truck was loaded we reviewed with the crew the location of the storage unit we were using. They indicated they had been there before and knew right where it was. It took them 1 hour to drive less than 5 miles to the storage unit. Despite telling us they knew where they were going, they said they took a wrong turn and got lost causing the one hour delay. They reportedly use GPS. When we tried contacting the company to find out where the truck was, no answer. Once they arrived and unloaded, the crew did not know how to stack the furniture in the storage unit. When they left we had 7 items of furniture in the hallway of the storage unit because it would not fit because of how items were placed in the unit. We ended up moving everything out and repacking the unit which took an extra 2 hours after their crew left. After I asked not to be charged for the hour the crew was "lost", I was allowed to speak with a supervisor. He would not accept my request to deduct one hour. He then said that since we had such a bad experience that he was not going to charge us for the move. I appreciate his customer service but did not expect a free move. Would have like to have negotiated payment minus the hour "lost".

If you have an upcoming move, you need to hire these guys - they are the best! Super friendly, and very careful with all of our belongings and didn't put one scratch on my newly finished floors! Thank you, Two Men and a Truck!
