The moving team was prompt, polite, and very careful with my belongings. The office team has been polite and professional, but has still failed to provide me with the very basic function of an invoice or receipt for the service completed four days ago. I have contacted multiple times. I need that invoice or receipt for my records and to seek reimbursement. I need that invoice asap please

Stephen, we are so sorry the invoice was not provided right away. Unfortunately we were having some issues with being able to access the receipt with our new digital sales orders. We apologize for the delay but trust we have gotten the appropriate paperwork to you for reimbursement. We're happy the moving team did a great job for you.

Our movers were fantastic!! They arrived early and were very efficient at making the move go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our two guys were very friendly and hilarious. They reminded me of Southwest flight attendants. The whole experience was about as fun as a move can be. At the same time, I felt they were still completely professional and catered to every request we had.

The gentleman were both prompt, efficient, hard working and friendly. They were patient with our numerous stop requests and we appreciated their persistence even through the rain we encountered. We have used Two Men and A Truck at least 5 times and highly recommended them when we can to others. We really appreciate the help, a definite time and energy savings for us.
